If you would like to attend Kansas Keepsakes Retreat, Inc. with one or more friends, please make sure all reservations for your group are made at the same time to insure that we can accommodate you on your preferred weekend.

Before filling out your reservation form, please check to be sure your desired weekend is available. Click here to view calendar. If not, contact us and we will see what we can work out for you.

If the weekend you really want is booked, let us know and we will put you on a waiting list. Life sometimes gets in the way of our most-thought-out plans and occasionally someone will need to cancel. If you are on the list, we will let you know right away that your preferred weekend is available.

A $75.00 non-refundable deposit is due with your registration to hold the weekend of your choice. Registrations cannot be held without a deposit. The balance can be made in payments with the total amount due no later than 30 days prior to your stay. Of course, you can pay in full at registration. We accept Visa, Master Card, money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks. A $30.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Confirmation will be emailed to you when we get your registration and deposit. If you do not have email, your confirmation will be mailed.

We will try to honor refund requests until 30 days prior to your weekend minus the $75.00 non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given within 30 days of your weekend unless we are able to fill your spot. At that time, your money will be refunded minus the $75.00 non-refundable deposit. If you must cancel, you will have the option to transfer to another available weekend.

Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount from a few dollars up to the all inclusive week-end package. Maximum on gift certificates is $400.00. Gift certificates are good for 18 months from issuance; however, we encourage the recipient to contact us as soon as possible so that she will be more likely to get her preferred weekend. Refunds will be given only when Kansas Keepsakes Retreat, Inc., cancels a retreat for an unforeseeable reason and no other mutual arrangements can be made.

Kansas Keepsakes Retreat, Inc. respects your privacy. Any information you give us will be held in strict confidence and will be used only by us. We will not sell, loan, or transfer any personal information to any third party.
